I’m a sworn translator (expert at a French court of appeal) for Bulgarian and French. It’s a protected title: experts are listed on public registers kept by the courts of appeal.
Certification covers Bulgarian ⇄ French. Translations involving English are professional translations, without certification.

Your name, spelled as in your passport
A Bulgarian name can be transliterated several ways. If the translation says “Georgiev” and your residence card says “Guéorguiev”, a counter clerk may stop your file. Tell me how your name is spelled in your passport or ID card, and I’ll use exactly that spelling, for you and for everyone named on the certificate.
